Recently, the Science and Technology Award Committee of the China Light Industry Federation (hereinafter referred to as the China Light Industry Federation) reviewed and approved the recommended award-winning projects of the 2022 China Light Industry Federation Science and Technology Award, and completed the publicity on the official website of the China Light Industry Federation. In recent years, Midea Group, which has continued to strengthen its efforts in the field of R&D, has won 14 awards in one fell swoop, including 5 first prizes, becoming the TOP1 in the field of light industry in China.   The Science and Technology Award of the China Federation of Light Industry is the highest science and technology award of China's light industry, and has the qualification to recommend national science and technology awards, and commends organizations and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to scientific research, technological innovation and development in the field of national light industry, as well as the promotion of scientific research achievements and the realization of high-tech industrialization.  

Won 5 first prizes, leading the technological development of the industry

  In the list of the 2022 Science and Technology Progress Awards announced this time, five major projects, including "Research and Application of Intelligent Control Technology for Household Multi-connected Air Conditioning System in Multi-temperature and Humidity Scenarios", "Key Technology and Application of Variable Flux Motor System for Efficient and Miniaturized Household Appliances Driven by Variable Capacitor", "Research and Application of Key Technologies for Dual-stage Cooking Oxygen Control and Rapid Steaming", "Research on Intelligent Application of Nutrients on Household Gas Stoves" and "Research and Application of Inverter Household Appliance Drive" led by Midea Group's subordinate units won the first prize. The products involve household central air conditioning, motor systems, new energy vehicles, steam ovens, intelligent stoves, refrigerators and other fields, and apply leading technologies such as multi-dimensional perception, permanent magnet synchronous motor system, intelligent control, AI digital interaction, and frequency conversion miniaturization.  

For example, in the project "Research and Application of Intelligent Control Technology for Household Multi-connected Air Conditioning System in Multi-temperature and Humidity Scenarios", a multi-online heat recovery temperature and humidity balance control technology is proposed, and the thermal comfort algorithm of multi-temperature and humidity scenarios is adopted to achieve full coverage and accurate adjustment of thermal comfort in all temperature and humidity scenarios. In addition, a customized adjustment technology for multi-temperature and humidity scenarios is proposed to meet the comfort of multi-scenes, and the abnormal noise generation mechanism is studied to make the noise reduction effect obvious. It has also developed a multi-dimensional regulation and control technology based on deep learning, which realizes the integration of multi-dimensional physical parameters of temperature, humidity, wind, clean, and fresh with users' subjective feedback, and interlocks through perception, control, interaction, iteration and other interlocking technologies. The research results of this project have been applied to COLMO TURING series central air conditioning and other products.

"Key Technology and Application of Variable Flux Motor System for Variable Capacitor Driven Efficient and Miniaturized Variable Flux Motor System for Household Appliances", Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) system has been widely used in household consumer appliances, industrial automation and new energy vehicle drive and other fields, the project has developed a new home appliance motor system with the framework of "Variable Capacitance Voltage Inverter + Hybrid Magnetic Circuit Variable Flux Motor" and realized industrial application, with a motor system that can achieve wide working conditions, high energy efficiency and miniaturized variable capacitor driver control, It overcomes key technical difficulties such as the design of high-overload miniaturized motor drive with variable capacitance and high-efficiency variable flux motor system with wide working conditions, so as to improve the operation efficiency of permanent magnet synchronous motor system, reduce the volume, provide green and low-carbon motor solutions for global pan-industrial customers, and help global customers accelerate their progress towards green manufacturing and sustainable development.   The project of "Research and Application of Key Technologies of Dual-stage Cooking Oxygen Control and Rapid Steaming and Roasting", aiming at the two key attributes of "health" and "efficiency" that users are concerned about, provides users with a steamer product that scientifically controls oxygen content at different stages of cooking to maximize the retention of food nutrients, and uses steam jet technology to improve steam efficiency, greatly shorten steam cooking time, reduce water consumption and steam exhaust in the cooking process, and improve energy utilization. And improve the health characteristics of food, the technology has reached the international leading level.   The "Nutrient Research on Intelligent Application on Household Gas Stoves" project studies the synergistic relationship between the three technologies of delicious and nutritious food processing, intelligent control and combustion system, so that users can enjoy the experience of intelligent one-click cooking of healthy and delicious food. The project covers a wide range of supporting technologies, such as intelligent control, efficient injection combustion, matrix cooking control and other technology transformation of intelligent stove series products, to achieve "large enough fire, small enough small fire" linear fire self-regulation control, set off a research trend in the intelligent stove industry, leading the technological development of the industry; Among them, the intelligent sensing temperature measurement and safe cooking related technology, which can automatically detect the cooking status, has been transformed into a series of smart home products suitable for the elderly to avoid potential safety hazards caused by misoperation by the elderly. This technical research has been authorized more than 150 patents, won 3 international leading appraisals, won 2 Guangdong Provincial Patent Awards, Geneva International Invention Award and many other important honors.
